Weight Watchers Points And Raw Foods Means Quick Weight loss

In my quest for optimum health and weight loss, I  investigated   Weight Watchers points to see how raw foods added up in the course of a day.  What I found is that they don't, they have 0 points. So that means you can dive in like a crane and not face the repercussions of gluttony. And with raw foods you don't have to strap on the feed bag and go to town because of the high water and fiber content you get full faster and no need to unbutton the pants or take a nap.

For a typical female age 35,  weighing 150 lbs, at 5'7 the weight watchers points would be 26 in order to lose a pound a week.

The goal of course is not to go over 26 points per day  and to choose wisely.

For example:

1 Piece of Chocolate Cake with chocolate frosting (138 grams) =15 points

 Big Mac (McDonald's) = 14 points

Blueberry Bagel (bakery style) = 8 points

1/4 cup of Almonds = 4 points

 Protein Shake = 4 points

1/4 Avocado = 2 points

Subway Sandwich 6" Veggie Delight  on wheat bread = 6 points

1 Slice of Wheat Bread = 2 points
