Leaky Gut Symptoms And Solutions
Leaky gut occurs when tiny holes develop in the digestive tract which allows particles of undigested food, toxins and bacteria to pass through which normally don't.
This allows toxic waste materials to leak from your digestive tract into your bloodstream causing an immune reaction(and many horrible symptoms).
If leaky gut continues causing systemic inflammation it can lead to autoimmune disease, according to Dr. Josh Axe.

Brain Fog Be Gone
After being off all chemicals for only 1 day I finally saw real clarity for the first time in what seemed like forever.
Even while trying to eat super clean, I hate to admit that I still chew gum with chemicals, and eat out at restaurants that don't observe the non gmo life style.
I thought I'm okay because 95% of all chemicals are out of my life so a little here and there isn't going to hurt. But apparently they do...
By just going 100% chemical free for only one day the difference was chrystal clear.
I was in a better mood and my mental clarity was amazing!!!!!
Little changes go a very very long way.
The way out of the fog is to stay away from processed food, even if it's non gmo and try and keep your home as chemical free as possible. Which also includes perfumes, air fresheners and off gasing plastics. These changes are easy and way worth it compared to living in a brain fog.

Staying Healthy Around Unhealthy People
If you look around most people are not the picture of optimum health. So staying healthy and focusing on your goals can easily get buried due to super busy schedules and the onslaught of junk food that crosses your path. It stares back at you from the cupboards, it lurking in the refrigerator. Basically junk food is every where and it's always going to be there.
The best way to fight the junk and stay on the healthy path is to:
1. Plan ahead. Have healthy snacks ready and prepare meals a head of time. Because when your tired and hungry as hell it's way too easy to just give in and eat the left over pizza, cookies, etc.
2. Drink plenty of water. This will help you get a grip on the desire to binge eat and throw away everything you're working towards.
3. Don't listen to people that try to get you to join them in the fat feast. Hold your ground and tell them whatever they're eating gives you a bad stomach ache or sends you to the bathroom.
4. Keep inspirational pictures handy on your phone, or somewhere that will act as a reminder of what your working towards.
5. Remember why…, What is your motivation for perfect health. For me I want to lose depression and I don't want to be a sore, stiff old person who can't tie their shoe or go to the bathroom by themselves.
When your healthy it's easy to take a lot of things for granted like running, walking, bending over. Once an aliment pops up most people wish they would have changed their diet to a healthy one or worked out more.
DO IT NOW, SO WHEN LATER COMES YOU WILL BE FLEXIBLE, DISEASE FREE AND NOT NEED TO RIDE AROUND THE MALL IN A RASCAL.
