If you look around most people are not the picture of optimum health. So staying healthy and focusing on your goals can easily get buried due to super busy schedules and the onslaught of junk food that crosses your path. It stares back at you from the cupboards, it lurking in the refrigerator. Basically junk food is every where and it's always going to be there.
The best way to fight the junk and stay on the healthy path is to:
1. Plan ahead. Have healthy snacks ready and prepare meals a head of time. Because when your tired and hungry as hell it's way too easy to just give in and eat the left over pizza, cookies, etc.
2. Drink plenty of water. This will help you get a grip on the desire to binge eat and throw away everything you're working towards.
3. Don't listen to people that try to get you to join them in the fat feast. Hold your ground and tell them whatever they're eating gives you a bad stomach ache or sends you to the bathroom.
4. Keep inspirational pictures handy on your phone, or somewhere that will act as a reminder of what your working towards.
5. Remember why…, What is your motivation for perfect health. For me I want to lose depression and I don't want to be a sore, stiff old person who can't tie their shoe or go to the bathroom by themselves.
When your healthy it's easy to take a lot of things for granted like running, walking, bending over. Once an aliment pops up most people wish they would have changed their diet to a healthy one or worked out more.
DO IT NOW, SO WHEN LATER COMES YOU WILL BE FLEXIBLE, DISEASE FREE AND NOT NEED TO RIDE AROUND THE MALL IN A RASCAL.
